Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026. These terms apply to all visitors, reservations, and events at jointhefunparlor.today.

1. Using the Venue

By entering jointhefunparlor.today you agree to follow venue rules, staff instructions, and local law. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave for conduct that disrupts the experience of others.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations may be held with a valid card. You may cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before your booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee equal to the minimum spend for the reserved space.

3. Age Policy

The parlor is family-friendly before 9PM. After 9PM, guests must be 21 or older with valid government-issued ID. Private events may set their own age policy with prior approval.

4. Food, Drink & Allergens

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Please inform your server of any allergies — we do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

5. Arcade Equipment

All cabinets, pinball machines, and karaoke equipment are provided as-is. Please report issues to staff rather than attempting repairs. Willful damage will be billed at replacement cost.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jointhefunparlor.today is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your visit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the venue or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
